At Vyvylicious, we are 110% committed to customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date - WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

1. Please use the link below to start your return. Be sure you include your order number to receive your return authorization. We will issue a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

2. We do not accept returns after 30 days of the purchase date.

3. We do not accept returns on clearance items. 

4. If you believe your product was damaged during shipping, we require you to contact us immediately. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
